"Capacity Building for Women Conservationists" training program at Chu Yang Sin National Park.

Recently, from June 6 to June 8, the Vietnam Center for Wildlife Action (WildAct) organized the 2024 "Capacity Building for Women Conservationists" training program at Chu Yang Sin National Park. This program aims to enhance the capabilities of women conservationists, especially two women-led groups that received financial support from WildAct to implement nature conservation projects at Chu Yang Sin National Park, Dak Lak.

The program was led by experts from WildAct and the Center for Biodiversity and Endangered Species Conservation (CBES). Over the course of the three-day training, participants were equipped with in-depth knowledge and skills in several critical areas:

  1. Conservation project management

  2. Interview methods in conservation projects

  3. Practical application development for field data collection

The program not only provides knowledge but also creates an environment of connection and mutual support among female conservationists, contributing to environmental protection and biodiversity in Vietnam.

Let's join together to celebrate the initial successes of the participants and hope that they will continue to develop and contribute to the cause of nature conservation!
