A Small Indian Civet (Viverricula indica) being released into the wild.

Two Leopard Cats (Prionailurus bengalensis) were turned in by local residents to authorities.

The two Leopard Cats were turned in by local residents following active outreach and awareness campaigns conducted by authorities on the importance of wildlife conservation. These animals underwent thorough care and health checks to ensure they were fit for release and could successfully reintegrate into their natural environment.

This activity is part of a long-term strategy to conserve biodiversity and maintain ecological balance in the forests of Chư Yang Sin—one of Vietnam's most significant ecosystems. The successful release not only reaffirms Chư Yang Sin National Park’s commitment to wildlife conservation but also highlights the growing community awareness of the vital role nature plays in our daily lives.
