NECESSARY SKILLS IN THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING AND SUPPORTING A SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE
Our training “NECESSARY SKILLS IN THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING AND SUPPORTING A SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE” was completed successfully, with the participation from 31 employees, representing 18 organisations and agencies, acting as a Focal Contact Points at their own organization.
After the training, our “focal contact points” had a great understanding of the basic principles of the initial case reception consultation, and is now able to execute the supporting process for sexual harassment cases. Their skill in receiving information, listening and sharing, as well as asking constructive questions has been improved greatly.
